Roger Plourde

Roger Plourde is a co-founder and managing principal at IVY companies, where he is responsible for new acquisitions, capital markets, development conceptualization and execution, dispositions, and the general direction of the firm’s investment strategies. Prior to founding IVY, Roger was a principal and investment committee member at turnbridge equities, where he spent 6.5 Years playing a lead role in the firm’s new acquisitions, pre-development, design, construction, leasing, and management of many of its development projects, as well as organizational strategies.
