Kevin Tiseo
Co-Founder
Kevin Tiseo is a co-founder and managing principal at IVY Companies, where he oversees all development and construction activities, as well as the firm’s strategic direction. Prior to founding IVY, Kevin was Managing Director of Development and Construction at Turnbridge Equities, where he led over $2 billion in ground-up and value-add projects across multiple asset classes in Austin, Nashville, and New York. Before Turnbridge, Kevin was a Project Manager at CM&D, overseeing $400 million in hotel developments in Manhattan. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Delaware.
